Premium Deutz Engine Rebuilds

At BHEliftparts.com, we provide remanufactured Deutz engines that undergo a comprehensive repair and return process, ensuring they meet original equipment (OE) standards. Our rebuilds match new engine offerings and include an extended warranty for reliability and peace of mind.

Rebuild Process & Component Replacement

Each engine is completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected, with components replaced or reconditioned to factory specifications. In most cases, the rebuild includes all-new parts:

  • Cylinder heads
  • Bearings & bushings
  • Pistons & rings
  • Liners & rods
  • Oil pump
  • Fuel injectors & pumps
  • Turbochargers (if applicable)

All engines are dynamometer tested to ensure they meet optimum horsepower and torque specifications before shipping.

Certain models do not include electrical components, flywheel, flywheel housing, or exhaust manifold.

Engine Finishing & Shipping

  • Each engine is primed in gray and ready for painting.
  • Engines are palletized and preservation wrapped for secure and damage-free shipping.
  • JLG covers return shipping for rebuilt engines.

Warranty Coverage

We offer industry-leading warranty options, ensuring peace of mind:

  • 1-Year Unlimited Hours Warranty – All Parts Covered
  • 2-Year / 2,000-Hour Warranty – All Parts Covered
  • 3-Year / 3,000-Hour Warranty – Covers Block, Crank, Camshaft, Connecting Rods, Cylinder Head Housing

Important:

  • Customers must remove and ship their engine to the specified location for rebuilding.
  • Engines with ECM must be shipped with ECM included for Dynamometer testing and completion.

Core Return Policy

Core return credits are based on the condition of the returned engine. Deductions apply if:

  • Engine block crankcase is bad: Only 50% of core credit is issued.
  • Cylinder head is bad: Only 50% of core credit is issued.
  • Crankshaft is bad: $300 deduction from core credit.
  • Oil cooler is bad: $300 deduction from core credit.
