This tool is made to connect at the top of your carbon fiber vacuum poles to reduce the outgoing airflow when using a blower system. A tighter air stream at the top increases the blowing impact. This is similar to partially putting your finger over the end of a water hose and watching the water shoot out faster.
The open silicone end will fit our 2\\” push fit poles.
